Myself and my children were living in the property throughout the job and Craig put in extra effort to ensure the house was properly cleaned down and usable each day which is quite unusual . Craig responded promptly to my initial job request and was very flexible regarding timing to come and give me a quote and offered a very fair and competitive price. He was very professional and explained exactly what the work would entail and timing (the job was completely on time). His work was of a very high standard and the job once finished was more than a 100%.

Craig was brilliant - the job escalated with some unanticipated challenges (an unexpected thick layer of distemper under the existing wallpaper!), but he didn't increase his original quote. This also meant the work took longer than Craig had anticipated, so he had to fit it around other work too. The results are good and we are very pleased with the work.

CA Plasterers were fantastic. Craig contacted me about the job soon after I posted and was able to come over to provide a quote. The quote was very reasonable and he was informative about how he would achieve the end result.
The work involved taking down timber that was holding up a supported ceiling, then boarding and skimming a ceiling covered in holes. The plaster above the windows was crumbling and the chimney breast needed replastering as it was partially exposed brick.
The work was completed to a very high standard in just two days; Craig and his colleague worked tirelessly to get it done. They were professional, friendly and took care to tidy as they went along.

Craig was brilliant and much more than just a plasterer. I had a whole house to renovate and strip out and renovate. I didn’t use a building contractor but separate trades people and he was the glue that held everything together. He carried out much more than plastering and gave me more of a renovation service. In fact my decorator actually commented that he has never had to so little snagging to obtain a top finish. I subsequently engaged CA Plasterers to re-plaster the whole house going over the previous poor attempts. Best decision I have ever made.
I now also use them for all my general repairs, brickwork and rendering. I don’t usually bother writing these types of things but I made an exception in this case. Thoroughly recommended.

Having heard of Craig’s excellent reputation, I asked him to sort out loose decking in the garden which was previously installed by someone else. The work was completed over a year ago and the decking has stayed in place without a loose plank in sight!

After seeing Craig’s work at a neighbour’s house I asked him to plaster my roof extension comprising of bedroom/shower room and a new section of the hallway. Not only did he do a fantastic job, it was carried out with the minimum of disruption and in a timely manner. Plastering work is quite messy so I was delighted with Craig’s efforts to keep things as clean and tidy as he could. The section where old and new plaster meets is not visible which means everything blends in perfectly. Very happy with the result!
